Banana Chocolate Chip Recipe

Ingredients:

● 1 1⁄2 c whole wheat flour

● 2 chia/flax eggs (1 tbsp chia seeds + 2.5 tbsp water, let sit and thicken for 5

minutes)

● 1⁄2 c oat milk

● 1⁄4 c cacao powder

● 1⁄4 c melted coconut oil

● 1⁄3 c coconut sugar/ granulated sweetener

● 1⁄2 tsp baking soda

In a bowl, combine your flour, baking soda, and cacao powder. In another bowl,

combine your chia eggs, oat milk, melted coconut oil, and coconut sugar. Pour the

mixture of wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Fold in your chocolate chips and pour

the batter into a greased pan. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, let

cool and enjoy!
