feel like you’ve been missing out on the banana craze, then this recipe for Banana
Chocolate Chip Squares is guaranteed to fix that. In fact, you’ll have to proceed with
caution when making this recipe. The end product might just convince you to buy out
your local grocery store’s supply of bananas! When you take into account the extra kick
of sweetness that the chocolate chips add, you can tell that it’s an undeniable truth.
Ingredients:
● 2-3 large ripe mashed bananas
● 1/2 c coconut sugar
● 1/4 c almond milk
● 1/3 c melted coconut oil
● 1 3/4 c whole wheat flour
● 1 tsp baking powder
● 1 tsp baking soda
● 1 tsp ground cinnamon
● lots of chocolate chips!
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, mashed
bananas, and melted coconut oil.
You may not need all of the almond milk, so pour it in in intervals. Make sure you have
added enough for the batter to be smooth but not too runny! Then, fold in your
chocolate chips. Pour batter into greased pan and bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
